Very disappointed. When I first got in contact I was very thankful how quick the individual made themselves available. However the experience was terrible. The lady was unprofessional, tried charging extra even though we had a prior conversation and she said the car was all loaded within a couple of minutes when they got to the dealership made up all these excuses to try and charge more when even the dealership explained their incompetence. Tried to make it seem like she under charged when it was 200 for a couple miles not a way to do business highly disappointed.

Faiz is so very kind and helpful! He discovered that my car's battery was dead, started a charge and instructed what to do in a way I could easily understand! Thank you so very much Faiz!!!

I was on my way home from work at midnight when I hit a pothole bursting my tire on Washtenaw ave. I was picked up fairly quickly by a man named Anas, he quickly analyze my situation, reassured me that all will be well with my vehicle and loaded my vehicle in a very timely manner. While in the car with him, he was kind enough to ask if I needed a ride home. I am very grateful that he was my driver. Thank you Anas for making a bad day better.

Todd Clamon (#12) did an amazing job assisting me in my hour of need. My electronic parking break was stuck, and the tire had gone flat. While I called for a tow, Todd went above and beyond trying to help. He first filled my tire with air and tried to free the stuck brake by identifying which side was stuck. He then tried to clear the error code. When that didn't work he took the tire off and tried to physically pry it open. Unfortunately, that didn't work and we decided to go ahead with the tow. Not only did Todd have envelopes for me to leave my keys in the drop box at the repair shop, he also made sure that I got home in the freezing weather. After working a 12 hour shift, Todd was amazing. I wish more people were as helpful.
